Return Policy – Galeria de Homie
At Galeria de Homie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date for orders shipped within the United States.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Because our denim pieces are 1‑of‑1, we are not able to offer exchanges for the same item. Once a unique piece is sold, it cannot be replaced. However, we are happy to offer:
• Full refunds for approved returns of eligible items
• Exchanges only for non–1‑of‑1 items (when available)
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to send back. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Shipping locations
Galeria de Homie currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is packed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We use standard shipping services within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Any available free‑shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed on our site.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details (and photos for damaged items). We’ll work with you and the carrier to try to resolve the issue.Galeria de Homie is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen, but we encourage you to reach out so we can see what options may be available.
